Russians attack Mykolaiv region with drones, fire breaks out
On the night of September 6, Russians launched drone strikes on the Mykolaiv region. Falling debris sparked a fire in an open area, according to Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (RMA).
Over the past night, air defense forces in the region destroyed seven Shahed 131/136 drones.
"As a result of combat operations and falling debris in the Bashtanka district, dry grass in an open area caught fire, which was quickly extinguished. No casualties were reported," the statement said.
Also, on September 5, at 4:30 PM, the enemy carried out artillery shelling on the Kutsurub community in the Mykolaiv district. In the village of Dmytrivka, a private house was damaged by the attack. There were no injuries reported.

On the morning of September 6, enemy drones were spotted over the Kyiv region, with air defense systems activated.
Air defense also engaged enemy drones over the Lviv region.
Additionally, an explosion was heard near Chernihiv at night. The military reported that targets were shot down over the Chernihiv region.
