Russian propaganda fake about Kozinka

Earlier today, Russian propaganda circulated a false report that a Ukrainian Black Hawk helicopter was allegedly shot down near the border with Russia, namely in the Lukashivka area of Chernihiv region.

Russia's so-called "military correspondent" Yevgeny Piddubny claimed that there were up to 20 people on board the helicopter and that the Ukrainian military was planning to land in Kozinka, Belgorod region, to "create the appearance of control over the settlement."

In his turn, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Andriy Yusov, denied such statements by Russian propagandists in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine.

Volunteer raid in Russia

On March 12, it became known that volunteers of the Russian Freedom Legion, RVC, and Siberian Battalion, who are fighting on the side of Ukraine, had broken through the Russian border. These volunteer battalions entered Kursk and Belgorod regions from the territory of Ukraine. Later, the soldiers took control of the village of Tetkino in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

Later, on March 14, residents of Belgorod complained about hits and Russian media reported an alleged breakthrough of the subversive group in Belgorod region. Heavy fighting was also reported in the village of Kozinka.

Earlier, volunteers announced strikes on Russian military positions in Belgorod and Kursk, and residents of both regions were urged to evacuate.
