Russian volunteers demand that the governors of the Kursk and Belgorod regions do not hinder the evacuation of the local population. They must also cease carrying out criminal orders from the Kremlin, according to the Russian Volunteer Corps and the Main Intelligence Directorate.

According to them, the liberation of Russian regions from the Kremlin's terrorist regime is ongoing at the moment, and right now, massive strikes are being inflicted by Putin's forces in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.

"We call on the authorized persons of these regions, in particular Governor Roman Starovoit of the Kursk region and Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov of the Belgorod region, to immediately declare the evacuation of the entire territory of the aforementioned regions and promptly evacuate civilians. Peaceful residents should not suffer from war, and the responsibility for military actions will lie with Starovoit and Gladkov," the Russian Volunteer Corps statement said.

The volunteers also demanded that the governors stop executing criminal orders of the Kremlin regime and not impede the evacuation of peaceful citizens from the combat zone, who had already decided to leave their homes and save the lives of their families.

People are panicking already

At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate intercepted a conversation of an occupier with his wife, in which the woman confessed that a house-to-house survey on evacuation was being conducted in the Belgorod region, asking where they planned to evacuate.

"It's a house-to-house survey on evacuation here. We didn't open the door. They ask who is evacuating and where. I didn't say anything. I didn't open the door, and they went further," she said.

Moreover, according to her, acquaintances were offered to evacuate "somewhere else" to Voronezh.

"That's what they're offering. But there are no other proposals. Well, people are panicking already. And we're not doing anything; we're waiting," she stated.

Evacuation from border regions of the Russian Federation

On March 12, it became known about the breakthrough of the Freedom of Russia Legion, Russian Volunteer Corps, and Siberian Battalion through the border of the Russian Federation. The event was reported in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.

On March 13, Russian volunteer units already announced strikes on Russian military positions in Belgorod and Kursk, and residents of these cities were urged to evacuate. Later, fighters of the Freedom of Russia Legion announced that they had taken control of the settlement of Tetkino in the Kursk region and warned that the night of March 14 would be difficult for the enemy.

In the morning of March 14, residents of Belgorod complained about "flyovers." Meanwhile, Russian media reported on alleged breakthroughs by DRG in the Belgorod region.

Later, the Russian Volunteer Corps announced that residents should evacuate independently from the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions of the Russian Federation, as the local authorities ignored the volunteers' calls. Russians from the mentioned regions had no more than an hour and a half to do so. Moreover, the local authorities not only did not start evacuating the population but also began to obstruct its departure from the dangerous areas near the Russian border.
