Russian troops shell village near Zaporizhzhia: Two fatalities reported
Russian troops shelled Plavni village in Zaporizhzhia region. Two people were killed, according to the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Yurii Malashko.
"An enemy artillery shell killed two residents of Plavni village - a 54-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman," he says.
In addition, Russians fired at 23 localities in the Zaporizhzhia region, and 134 attacks were recorded. In particular, 110 artillery attacks took place in Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Levadne, Shcherbaky, Poltavka, Luhanske, Robotyne, Pyatikhatky, Lobkove, Plavni and other frontline towns and villages.
Russian shelling of Orikhiv
Russian troops bombed Orikhiv, Zaporizhzhia region, on January 2. The strike damaged a house and partially destroyed the residential building. A woman was injured.
As a reminder, on March 31, 2023, the Russian occupiers shelled Orikhiv, Zaporizhzhia region, from an airplane. The enemy fired two missiles at the town, and two people were injured.
