Russian strike on shopping mall in Zelenskyy's hometown aftermath revealed

Emergency rescue operations have been completed in Kryvyi Rih at the site of the Russian strike on a shopping center. Rescuers cleared approximately 5,000 square meters of rubble and removed more than 1,200 metric tons of construction materials, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Consequences
During the operation, specialists inspected the entire area of the shopping center and cleared away approximately 5,000 square meters of destroyed structures. In total, about 1,230 metric tons of construction materials were removed from the scene.
As a result of the Russian attack, 16 people were killed, and another 136 were injured. Among the victims were 26 children.
Rescue workers have completed their work
Nearly 200 rescue workers and over 40 units of specialized and heavy engineering equipment were deployed to address the aftermath of the Russian strike.
Specialists from the Sumy, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Odesa, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, and Kirovohrad regions assisted with emergency rescue and other urgent operations.

On August 21, Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih's largest shopping mall with a strike drone. The strike caused a fire in the building; the shopping mall sustained significant damage, and a large number of casualties were reported.
