In Kharkiv, a man was rescued from the rubble of a residential building destroyed by a Russian missile attack. His wife and child remain under the rubble, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

"A man was pulled out of the rubble. He is alive. He says that his wife and child remain under the rubble," Terekhov writes.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, says during a telethon that the Russians launched about 12 combined strikes on Kharkiv using S-300, Kh-32, and Iskander systems. The locations of the strikes are still being searched.

"We had two waves of enemy attacks - at 4:00 and 7:00. These were combined strikes. We are still establishing the locations of the strikes. Not all of them have been identified yet," he says.

According to Syniehubov, the Saltivskyi and Kyivskyi districts suffered the most damage. More than 30 residential buildings were damaged by the explosions. Two educational institutions were destroyed. The impact was quite massive. Also, 12 houses are currently cut off from gas. About 20 houses are without electricity.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration also says that as of now, three people have been killed and 48 others injured, including four children and teenagers aged 10, 12, 14, and 17. Their condition is average.

Among the adults, five are in serious condition. All the victims were taken to hospitals.

At night, the Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv. In particular, they hit residential and civilian areas.

Later in the morning, a series of explosions occurred in the city. As a result of the Russian shelling of Kharkiv, the entrance of a residential building was destroyed, and people were trapped under the rubble.

Earlier it was reported that 42 people were injured. Among them are four children, and their condition is moderate. Three more people were killed.

According to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, 30 residential buildings were damaged in the strike, and about a thousand windows were smashed.
