As of midday on July 31, the number of victims of the morning Russian rocket attack on Kyiv had risen again to 135. The number of fatalities remained unchanged, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

8 people have been confirmed killed in Kyiv as a result of the Russian attack. One of the victims is a 6-year-old boy. Several dozen people are still in the hospital.

"135 residents of Kyiv were injured. Among them are 12 children. 30 victims are in hospitals, including 5 children. 97 people received outpatient medical assistance," Klitschko wrote.

Russia launched another massive drone and missile strike on Kyiv on the night of July 31. The SvIatoshinskyi, Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kyiv were the most affected.

In the Sviatoshinskyi district, a direct missile strike destroyed the entrance to a high-rise building. In total, over 100 objects were damaged as a result of the Russian strike, including not only residential buildings, but also educational institutions, hospitals, kindergartens, and a university. Some streets and avenues remain blocked.
