A family with several children was affected by a Russian attack in the northern part of Ukraine's Rivne region. Five people were injured, according to Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.
The family's home was severely damaged in the Russian attack.
According to preliminary information, five people were injured, including a 10-year-old child who is currently in serious condition.
The relevant department has already been instructed to keep the situation under constant supervision.
If necessary, the injured child will be transferred to the regional hospital.
The head of the local community is at the scene and remains in constant contact with the regional governor.
Local authorities are preparing to provide all necessary assistance to the affected family.
The border areas and northern districts of the Rivne region periodically come under Russian drone and missile attacks.
In particular, a business facility in the Sarny district was recently damaged during another Russian aerial attack.
In addition, during one of the overnight attacks, Russia struck a residential area in the Rivne region, damaging a private home.
