Russian strike hits children's hospital and warehouse in Kyiv: Damage revealed

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reveals photos showing the aftermath of Russia's nighttime ballistic strike on Kyiv. The strikes were recorded near a children's hospital in the Shevchenkivskyi district and at a warehouse where one person was injured.
The rescue service has revealed footage from the site of the strike in the Shevchenkivskyi district—it shows craters on the grounds of a children's hospital and damaged windows on the building.
The State Emergency Service also shows the aftermath of a fire in a warehouse at another location, which rescuers have already fully extinguished.
Children's hospital
In Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, a Russian rocket struck the grounds of one of the children's hospitals. Two craters formed at the site, and the building's windows and a gas pipe were damaged—gas service specialists have already repaired the leak.

Children and medical staff were in a shelter at the time of the strike, so there were no casualties or injuries.
Warehouse fire
At another location in the city, the strike caused a fire and destroyed a warehouse. The fire covered an area of 1,200 square meters, and rescue workers first contained and then completely extinguished the blaze. One person was injured as a result of the strike and was handed over to medical personnel.
Rescue workers and other emergency services continue to operate at the sites of both strikes; information regarding possible additional casualties is still being verified.
On the night of August 11, loud explosions were heard in Kyiv—the Russians launched another strike with ballistic missiles, and the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of the launch threat. Three days earlier, on the evening of August 8, explosions were also heard in Kyiv and Dnipro amid a massive Russian drone attack.
And on the night of August 8, the Russians attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles. Fires and other damage were reported in two districts of the city.
