Russian strike destroys children's goods warehouse in Kyiv

The warehouse of Kiddisvit, a distributor of toys and children's products in Kyiv, was completely destroyed by a Russian drone strike. The company suffered major losses, according to a statement by Kiddisvit co-founder Pavlo Ovchynnikov.

Ovchynnikov said that children’s toys were targeted by Russian forces.
"The most important thing is that our people are safe. None of the company’s employees were injured. We are now assessing the damage — we have suffered significant losses," he said.

Ovchynnikov said the company is doing everything possible to:
- Fulfill its obligations,
- Restructure its logistics operations,
- Find solutions to resume full operations as quickly as possible.
RBC-Ukraine previously reported that on September 9, a UAV struck a warehouse facility in Kyiv's Dniprovskyi district, sparking a fire.
It was also reported that on September 8, two people were killed in the Solomianskyi district of the capital after a drone struck a warehouse facility.
