Russian shelling of Kyiv region: Fire breaks out, damages reported
In Kyiv region, a fire broke out on the territory of an enterprise as a result of a Russian night attack by kamikaze drones, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
According to KRMA, air defense was operating in the region during the attack. Unfortunately, a fire broke out on the territory of one of the enterprises due to the fall of the UAV wreckage. An administrative building, a hangar, and three other vehicles were also damaged.
The fire was quickly extinguished.
According to preliminary reports, there were no civilian casualties or injuries as a result of the night attack.
"All operational teams are working on the spot, recording the consequences of the night attack," the KRMA adds.

"It is known that the enemy attack caused a fire in one of the warehouses. In another administrative building, forensic experts recorded a fire on the roof," the Kyiv regional police say.

Russian attack on Ukraine on the night of January 30
On the night of January 30, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 35 Shahed-136/131 attack drones. The enemy launched the UAVs from three directions:
- Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia;
- Kursk, Russia;
- Chauda, Crimea.
It also used two S-300 anti-aircraft-guided missiles in the Donetsk region.
Ukrainian air defense destroyed 15 enemy UAVs in Mykolaiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson and Kyiv regions.
"The enemy sent part of the attack UAVs to the frontline areas, trying to hit the infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector, civilian and military facilities near the front line and the state border with Russia," the press service says.
The attack was repelled by:
- aviation;
- anti-aircraft missile units;
- mobile fire groups.
