"At another address, a fence was damaged and windows were smashed. Four victims were found," adds Klymenko.

On the night of December 11, explosions were heard in Kyiv. An air raid alert was declared after the explosions. At least 10 explosions were reported. Initially, it was noted that rocket fragments fell on the Darnytskyi and Holosiivskyi districts of the capital. Four people were injured. Later, the Kyiv City State Administration clarified that the strike had hit the Bortnychi neighborhood in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.
