On Monday, July 8, Russia struck the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv. The strike completely destroyed one of the hospital's buildings and damaged other buildings. The photos of the aftermath were posted by the Armiya TV Telegram channel.

As Ukrainian Minister of Health Viktor Liashko reported, the site of the tragedy is still undergoing debris clearance. It is already known that the strike destroyed Ukraine's only laboratory for diagnosing oncohematologic diseases.

The strike also destroyed two buildings of the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, covering an area of about 400 square meters. In addition, inside the surviving buildings, wards where patients were staying before the shelling were damaged.

The published photos show that windows were smashed in the rooms, and the blast wave tore the doors off their hinges.

On the morning of Monday, July 8th, Russia launched a rocket strike on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv. As a result of the enemy's attack, two people have been reported killed. More than 50 wounded have been confirmed, with the majority being medical personnel.
