On August 8, Russian forces shelled Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region, resulting in fatalities, according to Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
"Two people were killed as a result of the shelling in Kostyantynivka," he reported.
The occupiers targeted a residential area. Preliminary information suggests that the enemy used artillery.
