Russian missile strike on Odesa: Number of killed rises
The number of killed in Odesa has increased as a result of yesterday's Russian rocket attack on the city, according to Oleh Kiper, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
The number of killed has risen to 5. A man died in the hospital.
According to Kiper, 23 victims are currently being treated in medical institutions, including:
- 8 people are in severe condition;
- 4 are in extremely severe condition.
Among the injured is a 4-year-old child.
Russian missile attack on Odesa
Yesterday, April 29, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Odesa. As a result of the Russian shelling, a fire broke out in the student palace of the Odesa Law Academy, which is also known as Harry Potter's Castle.
According to the head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk, Russia used missiles with shrapnel against Odesa, which are designed to hit manpower.
Also, according to RBC-Ukraine's source, former MP Serhii Kivalov was wounded in the Russian shelling.
