Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih: Fire breaks out, casualties reported

On the evening of February 22, the Russian army launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the attack, infrastructure damage occurred, a fire broke out, and there were casualties and injuries, according to the Telegram account of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
"The Russian army attacked Kryvyi Rih. Preliminary reports indicate damage to civilian infrastructure," the message stated at 10:41 p.m. Kyiv time.
About half an hour later, it was reported that at least two people were injured due to the missile strike on the city.
"A fire broke out. An infrastructure facility was damaged. More details will follow. At the same time, I once again emphasize: that the threat remains. Please ensure your safety," he added.
A few minutes later, information appeared about a man who had died, as well as two women who were injured.
"A man who was injured in the missile strike on Kryvyi Rih has died in the hospital. My deepest condolences to his family... A 30-year-old woman has been hospitalized in critical condition. Another injured woman, 31 years old, will receive outpatient treatment," the head of the Regional Military Administration wrote.
Shortly before the explosions in Kryvyi Rih, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned about the threat of ballistic weapon use.
