As a result of Russia’s massive attack on Ukraine on September 7, four people were killed. More than 44 others were injured, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram.

The head of state discussed the overnight Russian attack with French President Emmanuel Macron.

"Unfortunately, four people were killed in Ukraine, and more than 44 were injured. Our rescuers and emergency services are still dealing with the aftermath of the attack across the country," the president said.

Zelenskyy stated that he coordinated with Macron on diplomatic efforts, next steps, and contacts with partners to ensure an appropriate response.

"Together with France, we are preparing new measures to strengthen our defense," he added.
