Russian Kalibr missile carriers spotted in Black and Azov Seas
As of the morning of June 28, 10 Russian ships were spotted in the Black and Azov Seas, 3 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, according to the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian military, as of 6 a.m., the following was observed:
- 2 Russian ships in the Black Sea, 1 of them is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles;
- in the Sea of Azov, 8 Russian ships, 2 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles.
In addition, 2 Russian ships were recorded in the Mediterranean Sea. Both are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 24 missiles.
Also, the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces added that during the day, in the interests of Russia, the passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out:
- to the Black Sea - 6 ships, of which 4 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 9 ships, 6 of them moved from the Bosporus Strait.
During the past day, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, and Kurakhove directions remained the most tense directions of the front. In particular, the Russian army lost more than 300 soldiers in the Pokrovsk direction.
