Russian forces strike Kramatorsk in Donetsk region with drone: Damage reported

The Russian army launched a drone strike on the city of Kramatorsk, the Donetsk region, on the evening of Thursday, May 15, according to the Telegram channel of the Kramatorsk City Council.
According to preliminary information, at 7:20 PM Kyiv time, the Russian forces fired on the city’s industrial zone using a drone.
"Fortunately, there were no casualties, but there is damage. We are assessing the extent of the destruction," the message said.
Attacks on Kramatorsk
Russian forces regularly attack Kramatorsk using various types of weapons.
For example, on the evening of March 22, the Russian army dropped two aerial bombs on a residential area of the city, injuring a local resident. According to the State Emergency Service, 28 residential houses were damaged, and fires broke out in one of the houses and on open ground.
Earlier, on March 20, Kramatorsk was hit by a double attack — around 10:20 AM and 10:40 AM Kyiv time. The industrial zone and a residential area were struck, with three people injured.
Another attack occurred on March 6, when the Russian forces launched three guided aerial bombs at the city. Two people were injured, and residential buildings as well as industrial infrastructure were damaged. All the injured received medical assistance.
The Russian army struck the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region on January 15. Almost immediately, reports came in about casualties. Initially, there were three wounded, including a 6-year-old girl.
Later, the number of wounded began to rise. It was later reported that eight people had been injured.
We also reported that on April 8, the third anniversary of the Russian airstrike on the Kramatorsk railway station was marked, where more than 4,000 people were present. As a result of the strike, 61 people were killed and 121 were injured.
