Russian forces regroup on Zaporizhzhia front amid tough situation

The situation on the Zaporizhzhia front remains difficult. Russian forces continue attacks, carry out a small number of assault operations, and near the village of Kamyanske, the enemy is regrouping forces and equipment, states Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesperson for the Southern Ukraine Defense Forces.
According to him, in the Zaporizhzhia direction, particularly in the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions, the situation is quite difficult but has seen little change. The situation has remained roughly the same for about a week - the enemy continues shelling, drone-kamikaze strikes, uses aviation, and carries out a small number of assaults.
“Specifically regarding Kamyanske, the enemy is currently regrouping forces and means there, while the Ukrainian Defense Forces are trying to push them out of Kamianske and hold the positions we still have in that settlement,” Voloshyn noted.
The spokesperson added that the enemy is actively using aviation to heavily destroy other settlements located near the frontline, aiming to create a black zone to facilitate further advances.

Units of the 210th Separate Assault Regiment carried out a successful assault operation and pushed back the enemy in the Zaporizhzhia region.
On July 31, analysts from the Deep State project reported the alleged occupation of the village of Kamyanske. However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied this information.
