Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukrainian gas stations. Over the past 24 hours alone, strikes on fuel stations were recorded in several regions, local authorities report.

In particular, the enemy struck a gas station in the Zaporizhzhia region, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov.

He shared footage showing the aftermath of the attack on the station.

"A woman was injured as Russians continue their attacks on Zaporizhzhia. One enemy drone wounded a woman, while another UAV sparked a fire. The air raid alert is ongoing, so remain in safe locations," Fedorov later added.

Russian forces also struck a gas station in Sumy. According to Sumy Regional Military Administration chief Oleh Hryhorov, four people were injured in the attack.

"Two gas station employees were hospitalized. Preliminary reports indicate their injuries are not serious. A married couple who were near the impact site was also affected. They received medical assistance without being hospitalized," the statement said.

According to Hryhorov, Russian forces have been deliberately targeting gas stations for the past year in an effort to disrupt local communities and logistics.

A similar situation was reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha said Russian forces also hit a gas station there.

"In the Nikopol district, the enemy attacked Nikopol, the Marhanets community, and the Pokrovske community. Gas stations were damaged," he said.

Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Russia launched an overnight attack on Ukraine using drones and ballistic missiles, with multiple impacts recorded. A ballistic missile strike and hits by enemy drones were confirmed.

At the same time, the number of Shahed drones flying along Ukraine's border with Belarus has decreased. State Border Guard Service spokesperson Andrii Demchenko said such flights have become less frequent, although Russia has not abandoned the route through the northern border.
