Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure in the city of Artsyz in Ukraine's Odesa region overnight on November 13, the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office reported.
"The enemy continues to attack critical infrastructure in the Odesa region — an investigation has been launched. Under the procedural guidance of the Bolhrad District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into war crimes," the Prosecutor's Office stated.
It is reported that on the night of November 13, Russian forces attacked the city of Artsyz with strike drones.
As a result of the attack, a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building, and repair workshops were damaged. No civilians were injured. Prosecutors and police are working at the scene.
Russian strikes on the Odesa region
On the night of October 11, Russian forces attacked Odesa and the region with strike drones. Energy facilities, apartment buildings, private homes, and a hotel were damaged in the attack. The city also experienced disruptions to its water supply.
Firefighters rescued two people from the hotel and quickly extinguished the fire. Emergency Service psychologists passisted21 people. Two private houses and the windows of one floor of a 25-story residential building were also damaged.
Due to the Russian strikes on the Odesa region, 30,900 households were left without electricity. Work to eliminate the consequences of the attack and restore power supply is ongoing, as well as efforts to repair gas infrastructure.
