Russian forces kill hospital director in Ukraine's Kostiantynivka with FPV drone - Military Administration

Russian forces killed the hospital director and wounded three more medical workers in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, on August 8 with an FPV drone strike, according to Serhii Horbunov, head of the Kostiantynivka city military administration.
"Today, around 3:00 p.m. (Kyiv time - ed.) in the city of Kostiantynivka, an enemy attack occurred using an FPV drone, resulting in the death of one civilian — the acting director of the Municipal Enterprise TsPMSD of the Kostiantynivka City Council," the statement reads.
Horbunov added that a nurse, a supply manager, and the driver of the vehicle struck by the drone were also wounded. The Russian forces deliberately targeted medical workers, attempting to kill them.
"This tragedy is yet another proof of the enemy’s cruelty, who does not stop even at attacks on civilian medical personnel performing extremely important work. We express our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased. Once again, we urge everyone: take care of yourselves and your loved ones! Evacuate in time!" Horbunov added.
It should be noted that the Russian forces constantly attack civilians with FPV drones. For example, on August 6, the enemy struck a group of energy workers with a drone in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Near Pokrovsk, the Russian army deployed elite war criminals from the Rubikon group, whose tasks include destroying civilians with drones and spreading panic.
Due to the Russian strikes, Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka are on the verge of a humanitarian crisis. Thousands of people still remain in both cities, but delivering humanitarian aid there is practically impossible.
