On Monday, December 8, the Russian army carried out an aerial bomb strike on Kramatorsk. Four people were reported injured, including two children, according to the Kramatorsk City Council.

According to preliminary data, at around 4:24 p.m., Russian forces hit the town with a guided aerial bomb KAB-250 from the Universal Gliding and Correction Module (UMPK). The enemy struck the adjacent area of a two-story residential building.

"As a result of the attack, four people were injured, including two children: a man born in 1980, a woman born in 1985, a boy born in 2017, and a girl born in 2019," the report said.

At least five multi-story residential buildings were damaged. All necessary emergency services were on site. Law enforcement documented yet another war crime by Russia against the peaceful population of Kramatorsk.

Strikes on Kramatorsk

On the night of September 14, Russian forces carried out an airstrike with FAB-250 bombs on the central part of Kramatorsk. Nineteen people were injured, and 35 multi-story buildings, several schools, administrative buildings, a bank, and shops were damaged.

Earlier, on September 8, Russian forces attacked rescuers during firefighting efforts, and later that week, they attacked a wind turbine near the town for the third time.

The Russian army actively uses drones to strike Kramatorsk and the surrounding areas. On October 24, they attempted to target a passenger train with drones but failed.

On October 23, in Kramatorsk, Freedom TV journalist Olena Hubanova (Hramova) and operator Yevhen Karmazin were killed when their car was deliberately hit by a Russian drone.
