Russian forces attack Kherson: Fatality reported

Russian invaders struck one of the districts of Kherson. A local resident was killed as a result of the attack, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"Today, as a result of an enemy attack on the Dniprovskyi district of the city, a 27-year-old man sustained injuries incompatible with life. My condolences to the family of the deceased," he wrote.
Attacks on the Kherson region and Kherson city
Russian forces continue to control the left-bank part of the Kherson region and almost daily launch attacks on Kherson and other settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River.
On Wednesday, May 28, the enemy once again targeted the Kherson region. As a result of the attack, two civilians were injured, one of them is in serious condition.
The previous artillery strike took place on May 23. That attack killed three people and left another ten wounded.
The UN has recognized Russian attacks on Kherson and the region as war crimes.
