Russian forces attack ambulance in Kupiansk: Casualties reported

The Russian army continues to terrorize the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region with shelling. This time, a drone struck near an ambulance, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reports.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, the enemy attacked with a loitering munition based on an FPV drone near an emergency medical vehicle. As a result, another civilian car was damaged.
Initially, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported that the ambulance driver was injured during the shelling and hospitalized.
However, he later clarified that three medical workers were affected by the enemy FPV drone attack. These included the previously mentioned 43-year-old driver, a 26-year-old doctor, and a 41-year-old paramedic. All suffered acute stress reactions.
During the attack, the medical team was en route to a call.
Zabashcha specified that the driver sustained a closed foot fracture, shin injuries, and facial abrasions.
Fighting for Kupiansk
As previously reported, a group of Russian occupiers likely broke through to Kupiansk. However, Ukrainian defenders managed to repel the attack. According to the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatolii Barhylevych, there is currently no threat to Kupiansk.
Furthermore, in early December near the village of Novomlynsk in the Kupiansk district, Russian forces attempted to capture and hold a bridgehead on the right bank of the Oskil River.
Recently, the Russian army struck Kupiansk with a "Molniya" drone, targeting a police vehicle.
