Russian drone strike leaves Ukrainian city of Chornomorsk without power, critical sites on generators

Russian forces attacked the Ukrainian city of Chornomorsk in the Odesa region overnight with strike drones. As a result of the attack, the city and its surrounding villages were left without power, according to Chornomorsk Mayor Vasyl Huliaiev.
"The enemy once again attacked our community. Civilian infrastructure and private houses were damaged. Critical infrastructure is currently operating on generators," Huliaiev said.
According to him, there is no information about fatalities at this time, but there are injured. Electricity supply in the community is absent, except for the village of Burlacha Balka. DTEK specialists (a Ukrainian energy company) are already working on restoration.
"We are also beginning to deploy Points of Invincibility (public shelters in Ukraine equipped with heat, power, and internet during outages - ed.). More detailed information, including the addresses of the points, will be announced later," the mayor of Chornomorsk added.
