Russian drone attack on Kharkiv: Number of casualties increases to 60, including 9 children

In Kharkiv, the number of people injured in a Russian nighttime drone attack has risen to 60. 9 of the wounded are children, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports.
Today, between 12:30 and 12:40 a.m. Kyiv time, Russians massively attacked Kharkiv with drones. 2 districts were under fire - Slobidskyi and Osnovianskyi.
Russia struck Kharkiv with at least 17 drones, according to preliminary information, Geran-2.
attacks hit private and multi-apartment buildings and businesses, and caused fires. Russian attacks also damaged shops, kiosks, cars, trolleybuses, etc.
2 people were killed: a 66-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman. The number of injured increased to 60, including 9 children. The victims sustained injuries of varying severity and an acute stress reaction.
Law enforcement officers have launched pre-trial investigations into war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In the morning, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported 57 injured in Kharkiv.
Russian attack on Ukraine
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on the night of June 11, Russia launched 85 drones and an Iskander-M ballistic missile at Ukraine.
Ukrainian air defense system neutralized 49 Russian Shaheds and other types of drones (40 were shot down, 9 were locally lost/suppressed by electronic warfare).
Russian strikes were recorded in 14 locations, and downed targets (debris) fell in 2 locations.
Odesa region was also under Russian attack at night. As a result of the Russian attack, dachas, outbuildings, and cars were damaged.
