On the night of June 11, the Russian forces attacked the Odesa region with drones. As a result of the attack, fires broke out and damage was reported, according to the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“Summer houses, outbuildings, passenger cars, and civilian watercraft were damaged or destroyed. Fires broke out at the scene but were promptly extinguished by rescue workers,” the statement said.

Rescue services added that there were no casualties.

Odesa under attack

On the night of June 10, Russian forces carried out a massive drone strike on Odesa.

The attack resulted in large-scale fires across the city. Shortly afterward, it was reported that the Russian drones hit civilian targets. Among them were a maternity hospital, residential buildings, an emergency medical station, and even a fire broke out on the grounds of the Odesa Zoo.

Moreover, the strike caused both fatalities and injuries.
