This is not the first time Zaporizhzhia has come under drone attack in recent days. On August 17, Russia attacked the city with a drone—a fire broke out on the grounds of one of the garden communities, killing two people.
Russia's massive attack on other regions of Ukraine is also continuing. On August 18, Russia launched over 70 jet-powered drones at Ukraine, with the Kyiv region being the main target.
That same evening, explosions were heard in Kyiv amid the Russian rocket-drone attack. In the Dniprovskyi district, debris from a drone fell into the courtyard of a five-story residential building.
