Russian commanders sell military fuel, leaving troops to assault on foot

Russian losses in the Kramatorsk sector are rising because commanders are selling off fuel in rear areas. As a result, troops are being forced to carry out assaults without vehicles, and this is not the only consequence worsening their situation, according to ATESH (a Ukrainian-Crimean Tatar partisan movement).
"Agents of the ATESH movement within the 70th Motorized Rifle Division (Dnepr Group of Forces) report the systematic sale of military fuel. The command is selling fuel to the local population in rear areas, in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Rostov-on-Don..." the statement said.
ATESH noted that, as a result, the enemy unit is facing an acute shortage of fuel and lubricants.
"There is nothing to refuel cars, armored vehicles, and motorcycles with, forcing personnel to carry out assaults on foot. Servicemen are deprived of armored protection, while the evacuation of the wounded by vehicle becomes impossible. As a result, the number of casualties in the unit has increased significantly recently," the movement concluded.
Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the UN, Andrii Melnyk, said during a UN Security Council meeting that Russia is losing the war against Ukraine, while its economy is becoming increasingly depleted by the costs of its aggression.
According to the diplomat, Moscow continues to suffer significant losses on the front. He estimates that Russia loses at least 30,000–35,000 troops every month.
