Russian attack on Ukraine's Vinnytsia region: Infrastructure damaged, businesses without power

Due to a Russian strike on the Vinnytsia region, three enterprises remain without power, according to Natalia Zabolotna, deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, during a national telethon live broadcast.
According to her, the damage to critical infrastructure is significant due to direct hits. As a result, 300 households lost power. However, train services have already been restored.
"Thanks to the prompt work of energy specialists, power has been restored and train services resumed. Currently, three enterprises remain without electricity, while all households are reconnected," Zabolotna said.
She also commented on the scale of the infrastructure damage.
"The damage is substantial because these were direct hits. At present, work is underway at these facilities to eliminate the consequences, and only after that will it be possible to determine the extent of the destruction and the feasibility of timely restoration," she said.
