Russian attack on Kyiv injures 16 and hits city water utility

The number of people injured in Russia's overnight attack on Kyiv on September 17 has risen to 16. Kyivvodokanal (Kyiv's municipal water utility) was also hit, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Kyivvodokanal’s press service.
"There are currently 16 people injured in the capital. Among them are two children," Klitschko said.
According to police, apartment buildings, educational institutions, a municipal building, vehicles, and a railway track were damaged in Kyiv.
Russian forces also attacked Kyivvodokanal in the capital overnight.

Kyivvodokanal is currently operating normally, providing water to all residents of the city.
Due to the attacks, water supply was partially suspended on Kyiv's left bank, while water pressure was reduced in some areas on the right bank. Specialists quickly restored the facilities and water service.
Kyiv's water supply has now been fully restored, and all of the utility's facilities are operating normally.
Attack on Kyiv
On the night of September 17, Russia once again attacked Kyiv. Drone debris fell at several locations in the Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
In particular, an office building and a residential building were damaged, as well as warehouse areas and an area near a gas station.
More than 10 people were injured, including a 10-year-old girl.
