Russian assault units conducted a series of attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions in the eastern sector over the past day, making them impossible to hold, according to the Khortytsia operational-strategic group.

Russia tried to break through the defense near Shevchenko, south of Storozheve, southeast of Uspenivka, east of Trudove, and on the outskirts of Dalne.

Russian attacks took place in the southeastern outskirts and the buildings of the southern part of Kurakhove. The Khortytsia military unit noted that all enemy attacks were repelled, and the Russian troops suffered losses and retreated.

However, as a result of intense fire, some fortifications of the Ukrainian forces were significantly damaged, making it impossible to hold them in certain areas of the front.

Russian army continued assault operations in the area of Novyi Komar, southeast of Pishchane, and in the urban area of Chasiv Yar. With the support of armored vehicles, they attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders on the southeastern outskirts of Kostiantynopolske.

The Khortytsia military unit says that the fighting is ongoing, and the Russian tactical position remains unchanged. At the same time, Ukrainian Defense Forces units are taking measures to improve their tactical position on the front line.
