Russian forces launched a missile strike on the Dnipropetrovsk region today, March 19. As a result, railway workers were injured, according to Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukraine's rail transport company) on Telegram.

As noted by the company, this was the second attack by the Russian army on the railway infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region today.

"Four railway workers were injured, two of them are in serious condition. They are receiving medical assistance," Ukrzaliznytsia added.

According to preliminary information, the Russian forces used ballistic missiles for the attack.

Railway workers made efforts to ensure that this attack did not affect train operations.

Earlier, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported a strike by the occupiers on the Kamianske district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. According to him, three people were injured, one of whom is in serious condition.

Earlier today, March 19, the Russian army attacked the railway's power system in the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result, sections of the railway were left without electricity.

While efforts were underway to eliminate the consequences, the Russian forces launched a second strike.
