Russian commanders have begun reassigning medical personnel to combat positions due to acute manpower shortages on the front line. This is directly linked to losses caused by Ukrainian drones, Atesh movement reports.

Agents of movement from the ranks of the 28th motorized rifle regiment in the Kherson direction reported such innovations within Russian forces.

It is known that those being sent to fight include therapists, paramedics, male nurses from medical points, as well as evacuation units — all of them are sent to trenches with rifles.

"Against the backdrop of sharply increased activity of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, which, according to Russian soldiers themselves, 'appear everywhere and constantly' within a 25-kilometer zone, the number of wounded is growing daily. But there is no one to treat or evacuate them," Atesh reports.

As a result, both combat and non-combat losses among Russians have increased.

Russian forces are massively complaining about the lack of basic medical care. It is reported that some fighters do not receive important procedures and dressings for months.

Intelligence previously reported that in Russia, they do not want to treat wounded "volunteers" from the occupation of L/DPR (self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Russian-controlled entities in eastern Ukraine). Thus, one of the battalions of the so-called Union of Donbas Volunteers (a Russian nationalist paramilitary organization recruiting fighters for war in Ukraine) suffered heavy losses near Avdiivka but was unable to receive medical assistance.

Also, Russians on the front line suffer due to the failure of Starlink satellite internet. They are looking for alternatives, but they do not work.
