Russia attacked by drones: Incidents reported in seven regions
On the night of March 17, drones flew over six Russian regions.
During the preparation of the material, sources included the Telegram channels of Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov of the Belgorod region, Governor Alexandr Bogomaz of the Bryansk region, Governor Vladislav Shapsha of the Kaluga region, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev of the Krasnodar Krai, Mayor Sergey Sobyanin of Moscow, Governor Vasiliy Golubev of the Rostov region, Governor Mikhail Yevrayev of the Yaroslavl region, and the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
In the Belgorod region, four drones flew over. According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, there is damage to power and gas supply lines.
"In the Belgorod region, the village of Oktyabrsky was attacked by four drones that dropped explosive devices. There were no casualties, but there is damage to power and gas supply lines. Emergency crews will begin reconnecting subscribers shortly," stated Gladkov.
In the Bryansk region, air defense forces reportedly shot down an S-200 missile.
"An attempt was made to carry out an attack using a ballistic missile S-200. The aerial target was destroyed over the Bryansk district by the air defense forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense. There were no casualties," said Bogomaz.
Governor Vladislav Shapsha of the Kaluga region announced the alleged destruction of one drone.
"This morning, on the outskirts of Kaluga, a drone was destroyed by air defense forces. There are no casualties or damages. An operational group is working at the scene," stated Shapsha.
In the Krasnodar Krai, rescuers reported the "shooting down" of several drones. As a result of one of them crashing, a fire broke out at an oil refinery.
The governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratyev, did not provide any comments.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced the alleged shooting down of drones approaching Moscow. Two drones were "shot down" in Domodedovo.
"Today, the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense repelled the attack of two drones flying towards Moscow in the urban district of Domodedovo," Sobyanin said.
One drone was "shot down" in the Ramensky and Stupino urban districts.

Governor of the Rostov region Vasiliy Golubev announced the alleged shooting down of a drone en route to Kamensk.
"Air defense units successfully repelled an attack by a drone of aircraft type overnight en route to Kamensk. Ground consequences are being clarified," Golubev reported.

In the Yaroslavl region, purportedly, four drones were shot down. Governor of the region Mikhail Yevrayev reported this.
"In the Yaroslavl region, an attack by four unmanned aerial vehicles was repelled. There is no damage or casualties at the crash site," Yevrayev wrote.
Overall, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, allegedly, 35 drones were shot down.
"Duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 35 drones," the Russian Ministry of Defense wrote.
Drone attacks in Russia
Earlier, we reported that drones attacked an oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, resulting in a fire.
A day earlier, drones were allegedly shot down in Kursk. Residents of the city heard explosions, and authorities claimed the air defense system was activated.
Early on the morning of March 13, drones attacked an oil refinery in Ryazan, causing a fire.
