Russian drone attacks on Ukraine
Russian forces conduct night attacks on Ukraine using drones of various types – not only Shaheds but also Molniya drones, which are frequently used by the enemy to target Kharkiv.
On the night of January 30, the Russian army launched 81 strike drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces operated in 10 regions of the country. The UAVs came from four directions – Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. Despite this, air defense systems managed to down 37 of them.
It should be noted that earlier, reports of drones with shrapnel were only recorded in the Sumy region.
