Russians attacks

During the past day, there have been 40 military clashes. In total, the enemy launched one missile strike and 57 air strikes, as well as carried out 22 shelling incidents using rocket artillery on our military positions and civilian areas. There are casualties among the civilian population.

Private residential houses and other civilian infrastructure have suffered damage and destruction. Additionally, during the night, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with five strike drones of the Shahed-136/131 type, all of which were destroyed by anti-aircraft defense systems.

The frontline situation

The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains complex.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains largely unchanged. There are no significant signs of the formation of offensive groups. Identified units of the Belarusian armed forces are carrying out tasks in border areas with Ukraine.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary maintains a military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, fires on populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border of Ukraine. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Holyshivske, Kyndratiwka, Oleksandriia, Turiya, Hrabove, and Riasne in the Sumy region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region, where our defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks. The occupiers carried out airstrikes near Synkivka and Novoosinove in the Kharkiv region. Artillery and mortar shelling affected approximately 10 populated areas, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. They carried out airstrikes in the areas of Serebrianske Forestry and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region. Artillery and mortar shelling targeted the populated areas of Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Spirne, Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to regain lost positions near Andriivka. They delivered an airstrike in the vicinity of Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Markove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Bila Hora, and New York in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery and mortar fire.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of the populated settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Opitne, and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region. Ukrainian forces repelled over 10 attacks in this sector. The enemy also carried out an airstrike near Novobakhmutivka and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. More than 10 populated areas, including Keramik, Novobakhmutivka, Lastochkyne, Tonenke, Yasnobrodivka, and Netaylove in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Maryinka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations with aviation support in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where Ukrainian troops repelled 12 attacks. Over 10 populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka, came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not conduct assault operations. The occupiers delivered airstrikes near Zolota Niva and Stary Mykolaiv in the Donetsk region. Around 10 populated areas, including Vodyane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Niva, Blahodatne, and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region, were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy made four attempts to regain lost positions in the area of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region, but they were unsuccessful. The enemy carried out airstrikes near Novodanylivka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. About 15 populated areas, including Poltavka, Huliaypole, Charivne, Orikhiv, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamyanske in the Zaporizhzhia region, experienced artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Kherson direction, the occupiers carried out airstrikes in the areas of populated places Vesele, Odradokamianka, Tiagyinka, and Ivanivka in the Kherson region. The towns of Kherson and Romashkove in the Kherson region and Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

Offensive by Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Defense Forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, engage in offensive (assault) actions in the Bakhmut direction, inflict losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wear down the enemy along the entire front line.

Enemy losses

During the day, the defense forces' aviation carried out 16 strikes on areas where the enemy's personnel, weaponry, and military equipment were concentrated.

Missile troops' units targeted an enemy command post and six artillery pieces.
