In the Maryinka direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled more than 20 enemy attacks. In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers are engaged in counter-battery warfare and inflicting fire damage on enemy rear positions. Additionally, Ukrainian forces are advancing in the Melitopol direction, reports the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Russian shelling

During the past day, there were about 80 military clashes. In total, the enemy launched 6 missile and 51 aviation strikes and conducted 66 artillery shelling using multiple launch rocket systems against our troops' positions and civilian areas. Unfortunately, there are casualties among the civilian population due to Russian terrorist attacks. Multi-story residential buildings, private houses, and other civilian infrastructure have suffered damage and destruction.

Aviation strikes hit the following locations:

  • Leonivka, Chernihiv region,
  • Synkivka, Ivanivka, Pishchane, Kharkiv region,
  • Nevske, Serebryanske Forest, Luhansk region.
  • Siversk, Vyimka, Dyliivka, Avdiivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Staromaiorske, Donetsk region,
  • Zmiivka, Novoberyslav, Beryslav, Kozatske, Odradokamianka, Mykolaivka, Mykilske, Kherson region.

Frontline situation

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains largely unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas and conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the redeployment of our forces to critical directions. They are increasing the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled around 10 enemy attacks near Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, our soldiers continue to hold their defense steadfastly and successfully repelled all enemy attacks near Nadia and Makiivka in the Luhansk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian forces repelled about 10 enemy attacks in the areas of Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in the Donetsk region. At the same time, Ukrainian defense forces continue offensive actions south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses on the enemy in personnel and equipment and consolidating their achieved positions.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy is not giving up attempts to encircle Avdiivka, actively using aviation, but our soldiers are holding their defense and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The enemy's offensive actions in the areas of Stepove, Avdiivka, Siverske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region were unsuccessful, with Ukrainian defense forces repelling over 10 enemy attacks.

In the Maryinka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault actions in the areas of Maryinka and Pobeda in the Donetsk region. Ukrainian soldiers repelled more than 20 enemy attacks here.

In the Shakhtarsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Prechystivka, Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region, and southeast of Zolota Nyva in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Ukrainian Armed Forces advance

At the same time, the Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation on the Melitopol front, achieving partial success west of Verbove, inflicting losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers are engaged in counter-battery warfare and inflicting fire damage on the enemy's rear positions.

Enemy losses

During the past day, the Defense Forces' aviation conducted 13 strikes on areas where the enemy's personnel, equipment, and military technology are concentrated, as well as 3 strikes on the enemy's anti-aircraft missile complexes.

Missile units destroyed 12 artillery pieces, a logistics hub, a command post, and an air defense system, and also hit 2 areas with the enemy's personnel, equipment, and military technology concentration.

It should be noted that the total number of casualties in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 296,310 military personnel.
