Ukrainian soldiers continue to advance on two fronts and repelled over 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area. There were 35 combat clashes in the past 24 hours. Russia continues to send conscripts to the temporarily occupied territories, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Enemy attacks

Yesterday, the Russian Federation launched another strike on Ukraine using air-launched cruise missiles and strike UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. All 17 cruise missiles and 18 out of 24 enemy Shaheds were successfully intercepted and destroyed by the air defense systems.

Unfortunately, due to these terrorist actions by the Kremlin, there are civilian casualties, residential buildings have been demolished, and civilian infrastructure has been damaged.

The enemy conducted 22 missile strikes and 57 airstrikes, carrying out 55 artillery bombardments with multiple rocket launch systems targeting our troops' positions and populated areas.

Airstrikes affected the following locations: Berestove, Kopanky, Shyikivka in the Kharkiv region; Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region; Novosadove, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Vuhledar, Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk region; Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region; Vesele, Odradokamianka, Mykolaivka in the Kherson region.

Over 70 populated areas in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions came under artillery fire.

The frontline situation

In the area of responsibility of the OSUW "Pivnich" in the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy continues to maintain troops in defense of the state border. They are actively conducting subversive activities in border areas to prevent the movement of our forces in critical directions, and are increasing the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the OSUW "Khortytsia" in the Bakhmut direction, the defense forces successfully repelled enemy attacks in the Klishchiivka area of the Donetsk region. The enemy attempted to regain lost ground in the Andriivka area of the Donetsk region but did not achieve any success.

The defense forces continue offensive actions in the area south of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, inflicting significant losses on the enemy in personnel and equipment, and consolidating their positions on the achieved lines.

In the area of responsibility of the OSUW "Tavriya" in the Maryinka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Maryinka area of the Donetsk region. Over the past day, the enemy made more than 10 unsuccessful attempts to displace our units from their positions.

At the same time, in the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the defense forces maintain the initiative, pressuring the enemy and gradually reclaiming our territory.

In the Melitopol direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Robotyne area of the Zaporiярzhia region, attempting to regain lost positions. The defense forces continue to hold their defense on the occupied lines, inflicting losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wearing down the enemy.

In the area of responsibility of the OSUW "Odesa" on the Kherson direction, the defense forces engage in counter-battery warfare, destroy supply depots, and successfully strike at the enemy's rear areas.

Offensive by Ukrainian Armed Forces

The defense forces of Ukraine continue to conduct defensive operations in the east and south of Ukraine, offensive operations in the Melitopol direction, and advance in the Bakhmut direction. They are engaging and defeating the enemy, gradually liberating temporarily occupied territories, and consolidating their positions on the achieved lines.

Russia sends conscripts to temporarily occupied territories

The Kremlin continues to send military personnel from territorial entities of the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. For instance, on September 15 of this year, approximately 100 conscripted soldiers from the Kabardino-Balkar Republic of the Russian Federation arrived at the temporarily occupied city of Dzhankoy in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. They were deployed to reinforce the security and defense of the local military airfield.

Enemy losses

Over the past 24 hours, the aviation of the Defense Forces conducted 9 strikes on areas where enemy personnel, weaponry, and military equipment were concentrated.

Units of the missile forces targeted 2 areas with concentrations of enemy personnel, weaponry, and military equipment, along with 3 anti-aircraft missile systems, 19 artillery systems, and 1 enemy command post.
