Russian attacks

In the past 24 hours, the enemy launched one missile strike and carried out 39 aviation strikes, along with 24 shelling incidents using rocket artillery against Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.

These Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also been damaged.

The likelihood of missile and aerial strikes across Ukraine's territory remains high.

The frontline situation

Over the past 24 hours, there have been more than 25 combat engagements.

The operational situation in the Volyn and Polissia directions remains relatively stable.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Strylche Kharkiv region. They also carried out artillery and mortar shelling on over 10 populated areas, including Vorozhba, Mezenivka, Kyndrativka, Ulanove in Sumy region, as well as Vovchansk, Hatyshche, Budarky, and Neskuchne in Kharkiv region.

In the Kupiansk direction, hostile shelling affected Topoli, Dvorichanske, Kolodyazne, and Kyslivka in Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Novoegorivka area of the Luhansk region. They carried out aviation strikes in the regions of Cherneshchyna in the Kharkiv region, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Spirne in the Donetsk region.

Over 10 populated areas were subjected to enemy artillery shelling, including Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Verkhniokamyanske, Spirne, Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, and Pivnichne in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas were subjected to enemy artillery shelling, including Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, and Pivnichne in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Avdiivka area of the Donetsk region. The enemy continues to shell populated areas with artillery and mortars, including Nevelske, Karlivka, Avdiivka, Severne, and Novokalynove in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the Russian forces' advance in the Maryinka area of the Donetsk region. Populated areas such as Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Heorhiivka, Pobeda, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region were subjected to artillery shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy carried out artillery shelling on over 10 populated areas, including Vuhledar, Vodiane, Prechystivka, and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Pryiutne area of the Zaporizhzhia region. They carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over 15 populated areas, including Levadne, Malynivka, Chervone, Huliaipilsk, Orikhiv, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

In the Kherson direction, the enemy conducted aerial strikes in the areas of Antonivka, Mykolaivka, and Olhivka. Mykolaivka in Kherson region and the city of Kherson experienced enemy artillery and mortar shelling.

Offensive by Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation in the direction of Melitopol, consolidate their positions along achieved lines, and carry out counter-battery measures.

Russian losses

During the day, the Ukrainian defense aviation conducted nine strikes on enemy personnel, equipment, and military vehicle concentration areas, and five strikes targeted the enemy's anti-aircraft missile complexes.

Rocket forces and artillery units struck ten enemy artillery systems in firing positions and one enemy anti-aircraft missile complex during the day.
