Enemy attacks

During the past 24 hours, Russian occupant forces launched two rocket strikes, conducted 24 aerial attacks, and carried out approximately 40 artillery shelling incidents using multiple rocket launch systems against both Ukrainian military positions and civilian areas.

Tragically, due to these Russian terrorist attacks, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population, including children. Residential buildings and other essential civilian infrastructure have also suffered significant damage.

The likelihood of missile and aerial strikes being inflicted across Ukraine's territory remains substantial. The situation continues to underscore the serious humanitarian and security challenges posed by the ongoing conflict.

Frontline situation

Over the past 24 hours, there have been 24 military clashes.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains relatively stable without significant changes.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary conducted mortar and artillery shelling on more than 15 settlements, including Halahanivka, Hremiach, Novovasylivka in the Chernihiv region; Volfyne, Turia in the Sumy region; and Ohirtseve, Okip, and Budarky in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area southeast of Andriivka in the Luhansk region. Additionally, artillery and mortar shelling by the adversary targeted settlements such as Kamyanka Petropavlivska, Berestove, and Kyslivka in the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Vesele in the Donetsk region. Additionally, more than 10 settlements, including Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, as well as Terny, Verkhniokamyanske, Serebrianka, and Zvanivka in the Donetsk region, experienced artillery shelling from the adversary.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost ground in areas south of Andriivka and west of Yahidne in the Donetsk region. They also conducted an aerial strike in the vicinity of Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. Moreover, more than 15 settlements, including Minkivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Bila Hora, and Pryvillia in the Donetsk region, were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding their ground against the Russian forces' offensive efforts in the face of intense enemy aviation and artillery fire. Despite the challenging conditions, the defenders continue to resist the Russian advances in the Avdiivka area of the Donetsk region. The adversary conducted an aerial strike in the Avdiivka vicinity and several settlements, including Oleksandrivka, Spepove, Keramik, Novokalynove, and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region, were targeted by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Maryinka direction, the Ukrainian Defensive Forces continue to contain the advance of Russian troops in the vicinity of Maryinka, Donetsk region. The adversary executed an aerial strike in the vicinity of Krasnohorivka, Donetsk region. Additionally, over ten populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, and Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region, were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the adversary's attempts to regain lost ground in the western vicinity of Staromykhailivka, Donetsk region, proved unsuccessful. The enemy conducted aerial strikes in the areas of Blahodatne and Staromykhailivka. Moreover, over ten populated areas, including Vodyane, Vuhledar, Bohoyavlenka, Zolota Niva, and Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery shelling.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy's attempts to reclaim lost positions in the area east of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region, were unsuccessful. The adversary conducted aerial strikes in the regions of Chervone and Piatykhatky, Zaporizhzhia region. Furthermore, more than fifteen populated areas, including Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamyanske in the Zaporizhzhia region, were subjected to hostile artillery shelling.

In the Kherson direction, the enemy conducted an aerial strike in the area of Zelenyi Hai, Kherson region. Additionally, more than fifteen populated areas, including Zolota Balka, Veletenske, Stanislav, Komyshani, Novotiahynka, Antonivka in the Kherson region, as well as the city of Kherson and Ivanivka in the Mykolaiv region, were subjected to artillery shelling by the adversary.

Offensive operations

At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their offensive operation on the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, consolidating their positions on the achieved lines, and carrying out counter-battery measures to counteract enemy artillery.

Enemy losses

During the day, the aviation of the defense forces carried out ten strikes on areas of enemy personnel concentration, weaponry, and military equipment, as well as one strike on an anti-aircraft missile system.

Rocket forces and artillery units during the day hit two artillery pieces at firing positions, one anti-aircraft missile complex, one electronic warfare station, and one enemy air defense system.
