Over the past day, October 13, 161 combat engagements took place in the frontline. The largest number of combat engagements was recorded in the Kurakhove sector, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Yesterday, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted 11 strikes on the areas of concentration of Russian personnel and weapons, as well as hit a command center and another important Russian object,” the General Staff writes.

Sectors

In the Kharkiv sector, fighting continued near Starytsia.

In the Kupiansk sector, 19 firefights occurred near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Vyshneve, Kopanky and Lozova.

In the Lyman sector, Russian troops attacked 19 times near Hrekivka, Druzheliubivka, Novosadove, Nevske, Terny, and Torske.

In the Kramatorsk sector, 3 combat engagements took place in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian troops attacked 4 times near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the Russian occupants attacked 25 times in the areas of Sukhyi Yar, Lysivka, Promin, and Selydove.

In the Kurakhove sector, 39 Russian attacks were repelled near Zhelanne Druhe, Kreminna Balka, Izmailivka, Novoselydivka, Kurakhivka, Hirnyk, Maksymilianivka, Kostiantynivka and Katerynivka.

In the Vremivka sector, Russia attacked twice near Zolota Nyva.

In the Orikhiv sector, the Russians attacked 3 times near Robotyne and Mala Tokmachka.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, Russia attacked 8 times.

Russia's losses in war

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost over 670,000 personnel. Over the past 24 hours alone, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,260 Russian troops and destroyed 4 tanks, 19 armored combat vehicles, 11 artillery systems, and more.
