Russia's losses in Ukraine as of October 14: +1,260 troops and 17 drones
The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 1,260 Russian invaders over the day. Thus, the total Russian losses in personnel have already exceeded 670,000 soldiers, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to October 14, 2024, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 670190 (+1260) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 8,975 (+4);
- troop-carrying AFVs - 17,895 (+19);
- artillery systems - 19,421 (+11);
- MLRS - 1,231;
- anti-aircraft systems - 978;
- airplanes - 369;
- helicopters - 329;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 17,009 (+17);
- cruise missiles - 2619;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 26,622 (+38);
- special equipment - 3,437 (+2).
Earlier, the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that during the week of October 6-13, the Russian's losses amounted to about 8,460 personnel, and 1,662 units of Russian weapons and military equipment were destroyed, including an airplane with a helicopter and 8 air defense systems.
On October 13, it became known that the Russians launched an unusual assault in the Kharkiv sector, but suffered significant losses.
