On the front on October 10, combat intensity remained high. Since the start of the day, there have been nearly 200 clashes, with over a quarter occurring in the Pokrovsk direction. Russian forces are actively using missiles, aircraft, and kamikaze drones, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, during the day, the enemy carried out one missile strike, launching 32 missiles, and conducted 34 air raids, dropping 71 guided bombs. In addition, 2,016 kamikaze drones were used, and 3,062 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements were recorded.

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, 12 clashes occurred. Russian forces continue attempts to break through defensive lines, but Ukrainian units are holding their positions.

In the Southern-Slobozhansky direction, during the day, 24 enemy attacks were recorded in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchansk Khutory, Zakhidne, Kamianka, Dovhenke, as well as near Kutkivka, Dvorichanske, Odradne, Bolohivka, and Kolodiazne.

In the Kupiansk direction, 11 offensive actions were recorded in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Petropavlivka, Bohuslavka, and in the direction of Kurylivka. Ukrainian forces successfully repelled the attacks and are holding their positions.

In the Lyman direction, defense forces repelled 14 assault attempts in the areas of Novyi Myr, Kopanky, Drobysheve, Shandryholove, Karpivka, Ridkodub, Derylove, Serednie, Torske, and in the direction of Olhivka.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions seven times in the areas of Dronivka, Yampil, and Hryhorivka. All attacks were successfully repelled.

In the Kramatorsk direction, since the beginning of the day, one enemy attack has been recorded in the direction of Verolubiivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, during the day, 16 clashes occurred. The enemy attempted to assault Defense Forces positions in the areas of Pleshchiyivka, Predtechyne, Toretsk, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, Poltavka, and in the direction of Berestka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the fiercest fighting continues. The enemy launched 51 attacks in the areas of Shakhove, Volodymyrivka, Zatyshok, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Myroliubivka, Novoekonomichne, Myrnohrad, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zviereve, Kotlyne, Novoukrainka, Vdaly, Molodetske, Orikhove, Filiya, and in the direction of Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 21 enemy attacks in the areas of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Oleksandrohrad, Sichneve, Verbove, Novovasylivske, Tolste, Sosnivka, Novohryhorivka, Malynivka, and Poltavka. Five more clashes remain ongoing.

In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions but carried out airstrikes in the areas of Zaporizhzhia and Zaliznychne.

In the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces attempted to advance on Ukrainian positions seven times unsuccessfully in the areas of Kamianske, Stepove, and Plavni.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian troops made five assault attempts on Ukrainian positions, all of which were unsuccessful.

According to a survey, 69% of Ukrainians consider the hybrid threat from Russia to be high, citing among the main risks online recruitment, the spread of fake news, and cyberattacks. Another 3% of respondents assessed this threat level as medium or low.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent believes that increasing pressure on countries that continue to purchase Russian oil could accelerate the end of the war. According to him, the introduction of large-scale secondary tariffs by Europe could lead to the end of hostilities in Ukraine within the next two to three months.
