Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of September 13

Over the past day, 183 combat engagements were recorded on the front. Russian forces dropped 140 guided bombs during the day, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out three missile strikes and 81 air strikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, used six missiles, and dropped 140 guided bombs.
In addition, the opponent conducted 5,206 shelling attacks, including 59 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 6,070 kamikaze drones to strike targets.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three areas of enemy personnel and equipment concentration, two command posts, three artillery systems, and one other important enemy facility.
Situation on the front
In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, 23 combat engagements took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Ambarne, and toward Slobozhanske, Odradne, and Kutkivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out eight attacks over the past day. The Defense Forces repelled assaults in the areas of Holubivka and toward Kupiansk, Pishchane, and Nova Krupliakivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 17 times, attempting to advance in the areas of Hrekivka, Kolodiazi, and toward the settlements of Novoselivka, Shandryholove, and Stavky.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy launched 20 attacks on Ukrainian positions over the past day in the areas of Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, and toward the settlements of Yampil, Dronivka, and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, seven combat engagements were recorded in the area of Orikhovo-Vasylivka and toward Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and toward Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka, and Poltavka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, defenders stopped 49 enemy offensive actions in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Shakhove, Maiak, Zatyshok, Novoekonomichne, Mykolaivka, Myroliubivka, Udachne, Muravka, Dachne, Novoukrainka, and toward Myrnohrad, Promin, Sukhy Yar, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, and Filiia.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 16 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Sosnivka, Vorone, Maliivka, Ternove, Novomykolaivka, Olhivske, and toward Filiia, Ivanivka, and Oleksandrohrad.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy carried out two assaults toward Mala Tokmachka and Novodanilivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy twice unsuccessfully tried to advance toward Ukrainian defensive positions.
It should be recalled that analysts from DeepState recently reported that Russians are attempting to cross the Oskil River through pipes to approach Kupiansk. Previously, the occupiers used pipes to infiltrate their groups in Avdiivka and Sudzha.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian forces eliminated 950 invaders over the past day. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the country has lost a total of 1,093,730 soldiers.
