Over the past day, there were 168 combat clashes on the front line. Russian troops are conducting active offensive operations in 12 directions, with the most intense fighting taking place on the Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Novopavlivka sections of the front, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian military, Russia carried out 74 air strikes on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, dropped 138 guided bombs. The Russians also carried out 5,299 shelling attacks, 105 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 4,980 kamikaze drones.
Russia carried out air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Kaliivka (Sumy region), Novoandriivka, Stepnohirsk, Hryhorivka (Zaporizhzhia region), Prydniprovske, and Antonivka (Kherson region).
Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 6 areas where Russian personnel and equipment were concentrated, a drone control point, and 2 Russian artillery systems.
Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions
Russia carried out 18 air strikes, dropped 35 guided bombs, and fired 353 artillery shells, including 16 from multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 13 Russian attacks in this area.
South-Slobozhanskyi direction
There were 5 combat clashes in the areas of Vovchansk and Fyholivka.
Kupiansk direction
Seven Russian attacks were recorded. Ukrainian soldiers repelled Russian assaults in the areas of Radkivka, Holubivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Zahryzove, and in the direction of Novoplatonivka.
Lyman direction
Russia attempted to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops 20 times near Ridkodub, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Myrne, Serebrianka, and in the direction of Druzhlyubivka, Seredny, Shandryholove, and Yampil.
Siversk direction
Eight Russian attacks were recorded in the areas of Hryhorivka, Vyimka, and the direction of Siversk.
Kramatorsk direction
There were 5 combat clashes in the areas of Stupochky, Stepanivka, and Rusyn Yar.
Toretsk direction
Russia attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine eight times near Torets, Bila Hora, and Shcherbinivka.
Pokrovsk direction
Ukrainian defenders stopped 48 offensive actions by the aggressor in the areas of Poltavka, Popov Yar, Mayak, Dorozhnie, Nykanorivka, Kucheriv Yar, Nove Shakhove, Volodymyrivka, Novoeekonomichne, Sukhetske, Rodynske, Promin, Udachne, Lysivka, Zvirove, Horikhove, and Dachne.
Novopavlivka direction
Twenty-four attacks were repelled in the areas of Vilne Pole, Maliivka, Zelenyi Hai, Voskresenka, Mirne, and in the direction of Ivanivka and Novoivanivka.
Huliaipole direction
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled a Russian attack near Malynivka.
Orikhiv direction
Russia twice stormed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kamianske area and in the direction of Novodanilivka.
Prydniprovskyi direction
Russia conducted 7 unsuccessful attempts to advance to the fortifications of Ukrainian defenders.
Volyn and Polissia directions
No signs of Russian offensive formations were detected.
Russian losses
In total, Russia lost 980 troops over the past day.
Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 5 tanks, 5 armored combat vehicles, 26 artillery systems, 2 multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, 107 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 106 vehicles, and one piece of special equipment belonging to the occupiers.
