Since the beginning of July 22, there have been 75 combat clashes on the front. Russian forces are attacking in almost all directions, with the most intense fighting in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five enemy attacks, with one battle still ongoing. The enemy also carried out seven airstrikes using 14 guided bombs and conducted 148 shelling attacks, one of which was from a multiple launch rocket system.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, fighting continues near Zapadne.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance toward Ukrainian positions near Holubivka and Stepova Novoselivka twice during the day. The defense forces successfully repelled the enemy attack; one more clash is ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine offensive actions of the Russian army near the settlements of Hrekivka, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, Myrne, and Yampolivka; three clashes are still ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian forces advanced seven times against the positions of Ukrainian units near Dyliivka, Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and Rusyn Yar.

In the Pokrovsk direction, throughout the day, the enemy tried 40 times to advance toward positions of Ukrainian soldiers near the settlements of Poltavka, Novotoretske, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirove, Udachne, Zelenyi Kut, Dachne, and Oleksiivka. Six clashes continue to this moment.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked twice near Voskresenka.

In the Prydniprovskiy direction, five enemy attempts to advance against Ukrainian units’ positions failed.

Russian losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has lost approximately 1,044,250 military personnel.

Specifically, over the past day, Russian army losses amounted to 1,090 soldiers. Yesterday, Ukrainian fighters also destroyed 1 tank, 7 armored combat vehicles, 43 artillery systems, 256 drones, and other enemy equipment.
