Today in Ukraine, there were 162 combat engagements along the entire front line. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deeper into our territory, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, the Russian forces carried out 22 airstrikes using 37 guided aerial bombs (KABs). In addition, the Russian forces deployed 956 kamikaze drones and launched 3,234 attacks on our military positions and populated areas.

Frontline situation

In the Kharkiv direction, our forces repelled five enemy attacks near Vovchansk throughout the day, and two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled two assaults in the areas of Zahryzove and Nova Kruhliakivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, during the day, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions 17 times near Lypove, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, and toward Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, and Zelena Dolyna. Two engagements are still underway.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight enemy assaults in the areas of Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, and Verkhniokamianske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, 10 combat clashes have been recorded so far in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, Kurdiumivka, and toward Oleksandro-Shultyne, three of which are still ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 15 times. The main efforts of the occupiers were concentrated near Dachne, Diliivka, Shcherbynivka, and Toretsk. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

Since the beginning of the day, in the Pokrovsk direction, enemy units have attempted to break through our defenses 51 times near the settlements of Oleksandropil, Novotoretske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nova Poltavka, Promin, Yelyzavetivka, Dachenske, Zvirove, Udachne, Kotliarivka, Andriivka, and toward Zoria, Myroliubivka, Malynivka, Novomykolaivka, and Troitske. Six engagements are still ongoing.

Today, in this direction, according to preliminary estimates, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 96 soldiers, 54 of them irreversibly, and destroyed one armored combat vehicle and three enemy vehicles.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy launched 30 attacks near the settlements of Bahatyr, Kostiantynopil, Odradne, Rivnopil, Novosilka, Vilne Pole, and Pryvilne, as well as toward Novopil and Zelenyi Hai. Twenty-two attacks have already been repelled, and eight combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled four enemy assaults in the areas of Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and Shcherbaky.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy made six unsuccessful attempts to advance.

In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 19 attacks by Russian invaders throughout the day. In addition, the enemy launched 8 airstrikes using 13 guided bombs and carried out 283 artillery strikes on our military positions and populated areas, including one with multiple launch rocket systems.

In other directions, the situation has not changed significantly.

Russia's losses in the war

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost over 963,000 soldiers. Just in the past 24 hours, the terrorists lost 1,300 personnel.
